Impeaching POTUS is actually a GOOD PLAN. Read:

I don’t think Trump will be making any public appearances leading up to the “inauguration”. He will mostly become “irrelevant” in the news for optics. They’ll push for impeachment and we will all see what senators will vote FOR impeachment. If Trump does get “impeached” then he will informally (since it’s a coup) be removed from office while allowing the military to act independently without tarnishing the optics for Trump.

Either way, the military will most likely move forward.

Impeaching Trump would be a good move (unbeknownst to [them]). That way when the military comes in, no one can point at Trump and say that he has anything to do with it. Then, I'd imagine General Flynn would become involved.

At the inauguration - NG is already there and they have essentially "fortified" the capitol. Not to prevent people from coming in, but from going OUT. Remember, what happened in SA (Saudi Purge) will happen here in the US. Now think of how that applies to the "inauguration".
