Is this LEGO meme comms?

I saw it first last night, but I am pretty sure it was after midnight Eastern time.

The meme is great but look closely and you see a "mistake".

The box says 10621 pieces. That is obviously absurd, and it is conflating two pieces of info on a standard lego box: the set number and the number of pieces.

This sugggests the JFK quote, perhaps.

But perhaps the number itself can be decoded. Why not break at the zero into 10 and 621?

10 is X, for STRIKE. And 621 is Q621.
