How do move military assets around a city while making people believe they're there to stop Trump supporters?

 

This is brilliant: Trump and co. NEEDED Congress to believe Trump supporters would be the ones rising up again in DC, but it will be the DEMOCRAT base once they realize Biden will not be president.

 

This requires no reveal of ultimate plans - it only requires that a Nat. Guard presence be there to stop whatever happens - Trump supporters or Biden supporters/ chimps/ liberals /socialists /antifa - doesn't matter - the guards are in place and the city is secure.
