I'm not saying Q has done this before. But Q and team are not Gods or perfect beings.
I bet you never seen a Q post where Darkness is spelled Darkness.
But we don't trip because Q is human like the rest of us.
Maybe in his/her eagerness to post the tripcode wasn't added. Who knows.
All I know is that when it's significant Q and team will let us know.
