Q could post a couple very specific unique pics here and it would prove their identity in a snap.
That system is in place for contingency.
It's been utilized before.
Even if this place was comp'd, there's nothing stopping Q from posting here.

There would be absolutely no reason Q would ever post on Parler or any other site.

They use cloudfare.
