If you put all of the significant travels/visits on a list, seems like the visit to Isreal by POTUS might be the last significant one. Maybe to make sure that they won't be doing anything unpredictable/aggressive?
If this really turns out to be a Godfather moment, then each player has been assigned a task to be executed in a synchronized manner to make sure that nobody can slip through the net.
