By bottom aplitude, you mean at the bottom of the graph or the top? If it's at the bottom, aren't the Hz higher at the bottom?

Yeah I noticed that yesterday too.
If Earth's resonance is around 8 Hz, that's near the top of the graph (i.e. opposite side of what you circled).
Is our aim to be at Earth's resonance? If so, that means the part that's circled is most likely those who are angry right now and cannot see the light yet.

kek funny story for you all…used to work at a retail store that sold non-food items.
A customer went up to the customer service counter and said in a serious face to our clerk, "I want a $25 Virgin".
Turns out they wanted a $25 Virgin phone card (we sold that and it was only sold at the customer service counter).
