it is ABSOLUTELY human to need a break or two during a long shift
give anons a bit of fair warning, and we can almost always help you cover the gap
when I run the 8 hour shift end to end I almost always take a nice 20 minute break to make some covfefe around midnight
and will often ask for anons to help cover the notes
the whole 18 hours a day, one person baking, 7 days a week, sometimes a 29 hours shift just for keks shit
-no breaks
-never misses a notable or a fresh bread link to the next bread
