I've never been swatted, but I've had my house raided before.
They throw shit and break shit and dump shit on the floor.
They steal shit and impound your pets and your vehicles.
They leave your house unlocked so people can break in.
They broke my toilet bowl and tank so the house was completely flooded.
They put holes in the walls and broke doors and windows.
Even through all that, which wasn't even directly my fault, I trust the police. But only after I moved away from the city.
City cops are very different than others in other types of jurisdictions.
