Hypothetical for you:

I know someone who flew out to DC for the rally. Swept up in the moment taking pictures of all the cool stuff, they just followed the line of tourists into the Capitol building. In the Rotunda Room my friend ran out of "film", knelt down to replace his SD card, and dropped the 2 SD cards he had already filled up.

A) Are they actually pursuing arresting people who just wandered in, snapped some pictures (and maybe calling a cop a "commie" or something) and left?

B) Do you figure those SD cards could have found their way to the Lost & Found, and if friend called them to claim, would they cuff and stuff him?
