Apart from all the attacks we've recently had on the board and the massive social media purges, my internet, which is always reliable, has been up and down today like a whore's drawers on a Saturday night. I'm totally waiting for it to go completely any moment now.

O posted here on Sunday that my internet has been up and down and that still continues.
Also, I was virtually unable to post with maybe one out 20 posts actually going through.
Then, on Tuesday, I saw anons discussing changing your DNS to solve the problem.
I followed one suggestion and manually changed my DNS. All I ended up with was an unknown connection and zero internet.
Another anon suggested downloading DNS jumper which does it for you automatically whilst also giving you the choice of which DNS to use. With nothing to lose aprt from my entire hard drive, I figured what the heck and took the plunge.
It worked like a charm. I have had zero issues posting since then, but my internet is still glitchy as fuck.

No doubt, but having a tech IQ on tippy toes trying to reach double figures, I was happy to let that little programme assist me.
