You are focusing on the people doing the arresting

This is incorrect

Frank and Bubba, the guards that are on the midnight watch are not 'Above' anyone

They have certain responsibilities

They get their ORDERS from higher command

What command has the authority to instruct guards to arrest a head of State?

What authority would need to be granted by what body?

War is an excellent example.

Corporal Smuckatelli who is part of a squad searching holes in the ground finds Saddam

Is the corporal more powerful than a head of state?

Yes because he has the weapon and will pull the trigger

>What does 8kun think

Fuck off back to WaPo

There are anons

Individuals

Go back to Statistics 101 and re-read the part about representative samples

You really lack critical thinking

A secret service officer has instructions and orders he needs to follow

There is a chain of command

That chain of command has orders and instructions for who they receive orders from

You should probably move onto another topic since this one seems to have you stumped
