The reason executions are public is to prove to the people that justice was served. The people were either decapitated or hung and left swinging for days to prove they were indeed executed.
NO other form of punishment will be acceptable to the people and MI knows this.
Public executions will happen after arrests because they know for a fact that we will not simply accept "perp walk" as the final step in the administration of total justice.
