Literally changed my life. Doctors wanted me to have surgery.

Horrible pain in my neck for years and tried ALL the pillows out there. It took me a couple months for my neck to heal up but I swear by My Pillow.

I will say, I had to modify it because I couldn't handle the density at first and they didn't have the soft pillow for sale. I just used a larger pillow case and spread the foam out.

You have to make a little well for your skull to rest in and build it up slightly under your neck until it is supported. You have to work with it just a few times. You won't believe the difference.

Have tons of wood and a barbeque A small cooktop with gas canisters and even a solar oven which works great.

TP, tons of food, water a well…got to dig a latrine pit if it goes too long.
