If Apple releases an update that will block out EAS messaging, or turn it off, KNOWINGLY, is this not a violation of FCC laws / the Twit posts they made a few days ago warning of repercussions for not allowing the EAS to broadcast through the relevant broadcast means? What does this imply about the power the USA govt could have over Apple in a courtroom run by good guys?
Well, I went wandering again. I just couldn’t help but think how the name Babbitt jumped out at me. Note the last sentence in attached pic - works for Latham & Watkins, and has oodles of connections back to DS. Is it possible that the FF killing of Ashli Babbitt was a warning shot to this man who was part of the Clinton admin, amongst other Dem past experiences? Just…interesting. Idk what is and isn’t coincidence anymore.
