Just heard chatter "Cleared for takeoff"
They are probably using other runways not seen by that camera due to prevailing wind conditions.
It is possible that it could be military aircraft or others allowed in a restricted flight zone.
Just saw the one from 5 mins ago take off.
Calling BS on RR international being closed.
