Would one of the bakers consider putting out a video on youtube to better explain the ins and outs of this site, how it works, the gotchyas, problems with catalog, how to manage posts, and what all the terms mean. Also consider some links don't work as expected. I know it would be a lot but we could get better contributions.

Yep, wise asses, as usual contribute nothing. For example someone said put a question mark after the url, that worked twice for me but not recently.
Lots of people play trivia pursuit and when they know they answer put a smirk on their face when the ask a question, like they knew that shit before.
I can appreciate what goes into this site but it is far from complete as far correctness and feature complete goes.
