it is implied that TPAS is more than an acknowledgement of their stupidity.
The most relevant TPAS I’ve found is Digital Third Party Administrator Services - “robotic process automation and artificial intelligence, portal access with chatbots, integration of financial systems, digital strategy, and customer strategy..and datamining”.

My first questions –Was Google, Fusion GPS or other TPAS entity given access to gov (NSA?) surveillance platforms to “tap Trump’s wires” and to siphon off other information for their own use? Was this TPAS platform only used to administer their own evil empire and this is how HRC emails ended up “on” Weiner’s laptop? They weren’t physically ON the laptop, but the laptop was one portal to the TPAS.
Maybe a cyberfag can flesh this out.
