You people are not paying attention to the language POTUS is using. This is significant.
He is using language that may be signifying the freeing of the United States. We may see the fringe come off the flags.
There is specific language that needs to be used for anything legal. Most people do not use it.
As the poster said. POTUS has never ended an EO like this before. I think this is what POTUS is doing. Taking the country back for the people.
