February 2 2021, the day the Republic will be restored

In a series of cryptic threads, some anons have posted that Military Lawyers just accepted Rudi Giulani's legal plan of action to stop the theft of the election. So, the Trump Administration will allow a smooth transition to the Biden Administration, and allow the new president to serve for 2 weeks, until February 2, for him to receive his first paycheck. Then and only then the treason and usurpation will be consummated since Biden would've cashed on his crime. Once the funds are deposited, and only after the first cent has been spent (never before) will the Military will implement martial law and restore the republic in this order; (1) Kamala is forced to step down (2), Trump is sworn in as Biden's VicePresident, (3) Biden Resigns, (4) Trump will serve as a substitute President for the reminder of Biden's Term.

 

Remember, the problem is not how to gather or present evidence, that has already been done, but no judge acted upon it, and because no judge acted upon it, in "legal" terms, the election is no longer disputed: Corn-Pop won. So, the real problem is how to constitutionally make Trump president for the period 2021-2025, while preserving the institutions (not necessarily those in them).

 

Also remember: the Speaker will only serve if there is no acting Vice President. And Vice Presidents can be changed: see Gerald Ford, who stepped in after Spyro Agnew Resigned.

In the original thread someone pointed what would happen if Biden did not spend the money.

 

The guy with access to the military lawyers said, and I quote:

 

"Donation counts as spending, since there is a conscious decision to dispose the ownership of the fund, Military lawyers have determined. And if he does not spend, there is no problem: An insider from the loans and payments department in the white house will allow a 1USD test charge be made."

 

"If this does not proceed, the February 2 plan will be postponed for 2 weeks until February 16, when the firs Bank statement will be (digitally) printed and the first bank commission will be charged, so Biden's salary will have been used for the first time."

 

Finally, for those that state that those guilty of treason do not need to be dealt as stated on OP, remember: NO one is currently accused or indicted for treason, so this is the only option available.
