Thinking sometime tomorrow under the Wireless Emergency Alert System. Every wireless system must carry it. It will let everyone with a wireless phone to get a text. Thinking it will announce a National Emergency and that it will be broadcast in 30 minutes on all TV (including cable & internet) channels/stations/platforms.
