That is false on its face. GE is worth ~100 Billion. It won't be sold for 5 Billion. Biden was talking about getting our militaries together and to drop export controls against China in 2011 (see his speech at a Chinese university https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bbMkWS6CL4) so it wouldn't surprise me that under a Buyden administration that they would want to do that sort of thing.
