Ok, it's not the browser that has the potential to send URLs but the dissenter addon
The browser is, as far as the open source code shows, free from tracking pulls/requests.
if you select "DIssenter Settings" from the drop down, it will open the window (pic related) and just uncheck all boxes to be safe.
