Lots of things can send these buoys into event mode (weather, seismic events, localized disturbances).
We are supposed to watch the water. These are curious events off both coasts.

Think about this: if they impeach Trump again, there should be another trial and Trump’s legal team gets to defend him however they see fit - televised to the entire world. Interesting.
