Setting up powerplants on the National Mall

I was in the military years ago, and helped set up units like these, 1500 KVA gas turbines, in joint exercises. There's going to be a whole brigade, judging on the number of power units here, encamped on the Mall, using the power for heating tents, comms, refrigeration, fuel pumps, lighting, you name it, FESA can do it.

You don't need that amount of power for an inauguration, besides, the power requirements for large activities like inaugurations use the local power grid. The military likes it's own power supply, can't rely on the local power grid. So yeah, this is winter, and a few thousand troops need a dedicated power supply to heat their GP tents, besides other needs. Rule of thumb, 1500 KVA per 1,000 troops if you're not powering an airstrip.
