Those are not LAVs, they are Strykers.
Ours
They are sort of medium, my BN was the first to bring them to Afghan. We found there they could not take the 800 lbs EIDS because of hull design, it would almost always server the drivers legs off when hit. As a VC you had second to drop down and crawl through the hell hole to put on CATs or the driver died if they where even still alive. This lead to them changing the hull on new models and refitting the the older ones.
They are not LAVs they look alike but they are different system.

Most likely for medevac, but possible roof top insertion if they go full on door knocking.
I tried to look for a unit identifier but did not find any, there is what looks to be a lighter square where the cross would be but not clear enough to tell. So just put forth best guess.
They are moving them, often they take rest stop/refuel at truck stops. The turning radius on those things is not that great and they are considered a wide load even without the cages on them.
No see
I have been in those things many times on US roads going over Snoqualmie Pass, if they have been going for awhile they have to stop refuel and let the driver stretch out.
Compare
The cadence and pauses are very similar, but more so watch how he talks with his hands and also taps to drive home his point.
