You don't need a fully stocked satellite - only a few rods to hit important primary targets and seed fear. Falcon heavy Tesla Roadster PR stunt was a perfect distraction - what happend with the rest of the 60t payload? Empty cargo space?

What is better? To have a top secret satellite in space or have the satellite in space and everyone on earth believing that you accidental lost it?

 

Why is Q mentioning DEFCON1? (this can be interpreted as defence contractor number one) - this is Lockheed Martin - and maybe even now Space-X.

Everything was prepared at all costs - Space-X was literally pushing hard to get their Falcon Heavy up and running. SLS (130t payload) is next in line. All for sending humans to Mars? Come on…
