US Supreme Court Refuses To Fast-Track Trump's Election Appeal

In a not entirely surprising decision, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to expedite election appeals filed by President Donald Trump (including Lin Wood's suit) to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s victories in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

This does not mean the cases are dismissed but the justices won’t consider them until later this winter; and, as @steve_vladeck pointed out, they should all be moot by that point, though the justices can always find a way to rule.

Without comment, #SCOTUS denies the pending motions to expedite in eight pending election-related disputes. This means it will consider the requests that it take up the cases on their regular schedule (by which point they'll be practically, if not formally, moot).

Are you talking about HMVEEs at a gas station anon? That's not uncommon where I am at and units have GSA gas cards to use. I have never seen an LMTV or MTV use a civilian gas station since most can't fit. I have definitely NOT seen a Stryker platform just hanging out, and I am close to a base that has several battalions of them. When the are moved on civilian roads, they are always on a trailer and they are never armed with close support weapons. (.50, M240B or 40MM) Shit is definitely spooky and I hope if shit's coming, it's not for us.

It could be benign and normal, I've just never seen them on the roads and I've seen them moved a lot. Also, when they are moved they always travel with the big HEMMIT tanker trucks as part of the convoys. Weapons mounted is the biggest red flag for me as my understanding was that they are mounted only when they arrive at their training areas.
