i just signed up for gab a couple days ago. havent used it yet. im going to wait for functionality to return then was gonna try the browser. my two cents:
gab has been around for a while providing the same service that parler offered. only doing it with minimal sign up credentials and lurk capabilities. then parler shows up at the 9th hour and every clown migrates there during the purge with no mention of gab. then parler gets refused service by big tech, all while it is being used by the mockingbirds to attack us because of posts of violence, etc… everywhere you look its parler parler parler. clowns and mockingbirds. couple that with the latest crumbs coming from the admin, and torba, ive made my choice. use discernment anons.
not to mention the parler "hack" doxing 1000s of patriots. can anybody say honey pot?

yeah i opened gab this morning and it was still pretty slow. should come around soon enough though
at a quick glance, it looks like its for local eas. you could try putting in the zip for DC, and adding your number might work. im still looking at it to figure it out
