Democrats Introduce Resolution Calling on Mike Pence, Cabinet to Enact 25th Amendment

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) on Monday introduced a resolution calling on Vice President Mike Pence to enact the 25th Amendment, mobilizing the Cabinet and ultimately removing President Trump from office.

On Monday, Hoyer asked for unanimous consent to bring up Rep. Jamie Raskin’s (D-MD) resolution, which calls on Pence “to convene and mobilize the principal officers of the executive departments of the Cabinet to activate Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to declare President Donald J. Trump incapable of executing the duties of his office and to immediately exercise powers of acting president.”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) previewed the action in a letter to Democrat colleagues over the weekend, explaining that Hoyer would request unanimous consent to Raskin’s resolution.

“We are calling on the Vice President to respond within 24 hours,” she said, adding that the House would act on impeachment articles if Pence fails to take action because Trump “represents an imminent threat” to “our Constitution and our Democracy.”

On Monday, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) provided a celebratory update on the Democrats’ impeachment efforts.

“Our Articles of Impeachment formally introduced today!” she exclaimed:

More than 240 members of Congress are calling for Trump’s removal via either the 25th Amendment or impeachment.

US State Department Designates Cuba as State Sponsor of Terrorism

Earlier in the day, reports emerged suggesting that the US might return Cuba to the list of state sponsors of terrorism, from which the country was removed back in 2015.

US State Department on Monday designated Cuba as state sponsor of terrorism "for repeatedly providing support for acts of international terrorism in granting safe harbor to terrorists".

"With this action, we will once again hold Cuba's government accountable and send a clear message: the Castro regime must end its support for international terrorism and subversion of US justice", the statement said.

State Department went on to assert that the Cuban government "has fed, housed and provided medical care for murderers, bombmakers, and hijackers, while many Cubans go hungry, homeless, and without basic medicine".

The statement also outlined that the designations subjects Cuba to sanctions, under which persons and countries that engage in "certain trade" with the country will be penalized, while defense exports and sales will be banned.

Ilhan Omar: If Pence Does Not Act on Trump, House Will ‘Impeach This Week’

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), along with other members of the House of Representatives, vowed to “restore our democracy” after introducing articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Monday.

“I just introduced my impeachment resolution,” Omar wrote in a tweet. “The full House will now vote on a measure calling on VP Pence and the cabinet to remove Donald Trump under the 25th amendment.”

Omar’s tweet on Monday also compiled a list of bills and letters that she has signed onto support, which included Rep. Cori Bush’s (D-MO) “resolution to sanction, remove lawmakers who supported insurrection” and Rep. Jamaal Bowman’s (D-NY) “COUP Act to investigate ties between white supremacists & Capitol Police.”

State Department Website Says ‘Donald J. Trump’s Term ‘Ended’ After 7 PM Tonight… Edited By ‘Disgruntled Staffer’?

A bizarre “biography” page on the State Department website said that Donald Trump’s presidential term “ended” after 7 p.m. tonight.

The minutes and seconds on the time appeared to change each time it was refreshed, but did not appear to align with the current time in any way.

“FWIW, I accessed the site at 3:02 PM ET, so the time in the screenshot above (7:49 PM) is not—as some are saying—UTC time. There may well be a computer glitch here, I don’t know. Other screenshots have shown other times. But all are today, and State has not explained it yet,” Newsweek columnist Seth Abramson tweeted.

Rep. Cori Bush Introducing Resolution to Expel Lawmakers Who ‘Incited a White Supremacist Coup Attempt’

Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), whom some consider the newest member of the far-left “Squad,” is slated to introduce a resolution on Monday to expel lawmakers she alleges “incited a white supremacist coup attempt” last Wednesday as Congress met to certify the electoral votes.

“Tomorrow, I’m introducing my resolution to expel the members of Congress who tried to overturn the election and incited a white supremacist coup attempt that has left people dead,” Bush announced Sunday afternoon, concluding such lawmakers “violated the 14th Amendment”.

Bush swiftly announced her intention to take action against Republican members of Congress following the chaos that erupted at the U.S. Capitol last week, accusing her GOP colleagues of inciting a “domestic terror attack through their attempts to overturn the election”:

In a weekend interview with This Week, the New York lawmaker pushed back on Republicans who have dismissed the Democrats’ plans to impeach President Trump over the riots, contending the process of healing is “separate and in fact requires accountability.”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) warned that Democrats will proceed with impeachment proceedings if Vice President Mike Pence does not act on the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump from office.

Report: Facebook Joins Political Spending Freeze Campaign

Facebook has joined with big banks and other major corporations who are halting political spending following last week’s riot on Capitol Hill.

The company is halting political contributions “for at least the first quarter of 2021,” according to Axios.

J.P. Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley all decided in recent days that they would freeze spending by their political action committee in the wake of the violence at the Capitol Building.

Tech companies, like Wall Street firms, once gave heavily to both Republican and Democratic politicians, saying they were seeking to advance certain policies rather than promote a particular political party. Cynics often said that big corporate donors were looking to force politicians to curry favor and that the companies sought to benefit by exploiting weaknesses in divided government.

In recent years, however, the contributions have skewed left. Particularly in Silicon Valley, companies have come under pressure from highly politicized employees to reject Republican and conservative politicians and policies. Many of America’s biggest companies reacted to last summer’s Black Lives Matter protests and riots by pledging support to related groups.

Lawmaker Urges House Leadership to Stop Distributing Communist Propaganda Paper

Freshman representative Ashley Hinson (R., Iowa) petitioned House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) to stop distributing a Chinese Communist propaganda paper to House offices on Capitol Hill, according to a letter sent late last week and obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Hinson, who was elected in November, said she is "appalled" that lawmakers receive unsolicited copies of China Daily, a Chinese state-controlled newspaper that has been designated as Communist propaganda by the State Department. China Daily has been delivered to congressional offices each morning for many years despite outrage among some members who view its circulation as inappropriate.

"Frankly, I was appalled when I walked into work Friday morning and saw my office had received an unsolicited copy of China Daily," Hinson, a former television news reporter, told the Free Beacon. "How can we expect the American people to trust that Congress will take on the Chinese Communist Party when its dangerous propaganda is being delivered right to our doorstep? I wrote to the speaker immediately and asked her to address this issue."

The letter demands Pelosi use her power as the chamber’s leader to "stop the CCP from distributing its state-run publication within our hallowed halls. This offensive garbage should not be automatically distributed to Congressional offices at the cost of the American taxpayers."

China Daily is among the Communist regime’s most well-known propaganda organs. The Free Beacon reported in December that China Daily breached federal laws by not disclosing the amount of money it spent to publish its propaganda in prominent American media outlets such as the New York Times and Washington Post. The report prompted calls for a congressional investigation into how and why China Daily makes its way in to Congress each day.

Hinson says Pelosi can use her authority as the House’s top official to stop the automatic distribution of the paper to congressional offices.

China Daily is barred from accessing congressional press galleries due to its designation as a foreign agent under U.S. laws. "Yet, their mal-intended work appears on my doorstep, alongside the newspapers of the American free press. This is a flagrant violation of the taxpayers’ trust," Hinson wrote in her letter.

In addition to publishing its own newspaper under the China Daily masthead, the publication has purchased prime advertising real-estate in America’s top newspapers. The New York Times, for instance, deleted hundreds of Communist Party advertorials from its website last year, including those from China Daily, as part of an effort to expunge foreign propaganda from its pages. The advertorials are written by advertisers but often appear to be part of the paper's news pages.

Biden and Fauci will “save” America from covid-19 as FDA prepares to fix PCR tests, eliminating millions of false positive cases by end of 2021

In the beginning of the “pandemic,” the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved fraudulent, high-cycle threshold PCR test kits that produced a high percentage of false positives — up to 97 percent. As more false positives turned up, Americans were told that they could be perfectly well, yet be “asymptomatic carriers” who also transmit infections. This was an ELABORATE LIE, a mass deception that permeated the population with fear. The spiking number of cases was based on fraudulent covid-19 testing kits that were designed to show a high percentage of positives based on the high number of amplification cycles used. These tests could not decipher infectious virus material and were not designed to determine viral load. This is why inanimate objects tested positive. This is why thousands of deaths were mis-attributed as covid-19 fatalities.

FDA coming clean about false positives, looks to fix test kits as vaccines roll out to make the “pandemic” turn to seasonal illness

Suspiciously, the FDA, the World Health Organization, and America’s top infectious disease expert, Dr. Fauci, are suddenly admitting that the standard PCR test for covid-19 is rendering false results. Once the FDA strengthens the criteria for PCR tests, limits the number of Ct cycles, and specifies the diagnostic criteria, then the covid-19 case count will fall. This change will be conducted in accordance with the vaccine rollout, to make the vaccines appear effective. This is also being carried out as the Biden administration takes office. Joe Biden’s ‘leadership’ will appear miraculous for stopping covid-19, as labs suddenly report that people’s symptoms of illness are no longer covid-19. Once the test kits are corrected to show a higher negativity rate, hospitals will report lower cases and people will go back to having their regular colds, flu, RSV, and a host of respiratory infections that circulate every year. The data will support the narrative that shutdowns, masks, and vaccines are effective, as long as they are properly enforced by government officials.

A New York State laboratory, the Wadworth Center, analyzed the results of its July tests and found 794 false positives that came from a test kit with a Ct of 40. These test kits have been nothing but medical fraud, carried out on a massive scale, to be used as a political weapon and means to control populations. A study from the Infectious Diseases Society of American found that tests with an amplification cycle of 25 were producing false positives about 70 percent of the time. At 35 cycles, 97 percent of the positives are determined non-clinical because the virus cannot be cultured and is non-infectious. These covid-19 cases are entirely fake. Even when viral RNA is detected in a nasal swab, this is not proof of disease transmission. Likewise, many of these “asymptomatic” cases are for people who have existing immunity from exposure to other coronaviruses.
