Pompeo just gave a speech at VOA with all the department heads listening carefully.

He used extremely precise language that would otherwise seem mundane.

The language was "coded" meaning he says one thing but each line has a specific implication not obvious.

This is a very well known strategy to keep simple people from figuring things out via obscurity.

Why does this matter?

Did you not see the Donald Trump page on the state department website saying Trump was ending his term today on 1/11 ?

111 is the angelic signal - its basically just implied that a string of 1's is a way to say a radio signal that only select people understand how to hear.

If you're not tapped into the signal you won't even notice it is there.

Find this on 1/11 where the time tends to be off 1 hour and 11 minutes on the website from GMT? (at least when I looked.)

That time that it is off is also telling something, if it's a little different know what those numbers imply in the narrative.

Figure it out. Both sides believe in God's law that says they have to call their shots every single time they do something big.

It does not matter if you believe it, with their occult mythos, they do believe it and play by it.

and the SAME day that Pelosi is trying to remove the president. This state department page is NOT a hack, it's a message.

They are telling everyone that would know, LISTEN HERE. Where you might ask? It's VOA.

Knowing this - LISTEN CAREFULLY again to Pompeo's speech, every line means something special.

China is infiltrating the USA. The tide is turning. They WERE the insurgency, but if Trump is shut down and Biden takes control,

then American patriots become an insurgency against a tyrannical regime occupying nation. Which is why Pompeo made reference

to Germany. He said the radio signal propagated where he could not, past the boundary of the wall.

The reason it was on Trump's page on the state department website is because he's the one saying do it. LISTEN.

If everything else shuts down communications wise, and we had white hats in the CIA - because YES the CIA is NOT ALL BAD DAMNIT.

Pompeo was very clever to slip in that the CIA uses the VOA INSIDE AMERICA - listen again, you'll hear him imply it.

Everyone knows the EAS system and GIANT VOICE systems are going to be played for launching this. But after that,

vital communications are required to the public.

It means implications that you'll have to have contextual reference to for each statement. Obama is famous for this.

Pompeo said dark to light in a few mixed words. They dance around certain things but still say the same thing. Listen a few times.

Use what you know in context and mix it back in. They are bringing the entire cold war system back online because they have to.

It's to fight china on our own soil and then win against china.

Regardless how this goes - if either Trump or Biden win, the VOA system will be used.
