The Constitution actually creates the government. It gives it the right to exist in accordance with "the will of the people" as the consent of the governed. Civilians actually hold the highest office in the land.This is why mandates are illegal and carry no authority. The only thing the government can do legally is suggest that people wear masks or suggest that people practice social distance. It has no other authority other than as a suggestion. Locking people up for not wearing a mask and fining them is extremely Unconstituional.
exactly. They rule by subversion to make the people think they are serfs to the State. The courts laugh at you if you try to invoke your constitutional rights because the flag they fly is not bound to the Constitution. It was subverted by the ICC Code thanks to FDR when he sold the country out to the bankers.
