Theory (no sauce):
We are running 3-4 days behind the "timeline" that Q posted on April 2nd. Being ex-Army Intel fag, I understand that things are (and should be) liquid.
However, had KANSAS been approved quickly, we would have hit the prediction right on the monkey's nuts! He was PERFECTLY qualified to be our SOS, so Q couldn't have predicted the lag of several days.
Notice how much shit KANSAS has done in the past four days? 5 countries already visited!
Seems to me that KANSAS is the master of tying up loose ends and closing firm agreements.
