Gerhard Schroeder, Germany's former chancellor got sued by the ex-husband of his Korean wife. He sued a amount of 77.000,00 € at a court in Seoul, South Korea.
In the past, affairs outside their marriage, have been lawfully forbidden and would cost a death penalty. This has been changed in the meantime, but keeps being a shock for Korean people seeing it on television. There is no statement of the former chancellor yet.
