Newtonian laws are rules of the material world, of course. But they are really the laws of enslavement.
There are other universal laws — superseding laws — that co-exist with and govern the Newtonian "material" laws.
Prayer to the Almighty God utilizes another wholly "scientific" law (which we only scantly understand) but one which offers freedom from the lowly Prince of this World.
