NIGHT76 and GORDO15 both circling. Looks like GORDO15 is descending through 1,000 while NIGHT76 is holding at 2,000. Odd to me that GORDO15 took off and appears to be landing again… like less than 30 minutes in the air, waiting on NIGHT76.

GORDO15 E-4B dropped off the ADS-B; was flying right behind OKIE15 KC-135, currently heading ENE over St. Joseph, MO. Possible aerial refueling.
