If they're expecting Antifa/BLM riots in D.C., then that would imply that when they riot, Trump's administration will still be in power. That gives us about 9 days for DECLAS/Arrests. Those seems to be the only things that would trigger riots, and that would also be reflected in Q's earliest posts.
Of course, there are other possibilities, but I'd rather ignore those for now.
