What is a countermeasure?
A countermeasure is a vaccination, medication, device, or other item recommended to diagnose, prevent or treat a declared pandemic, epidemic or security threat. On the rare chance you suffered a serious injury, or the death of a loved one, from the administration or use of a covered countermeasure, you may qualify for benefits.
Federal declarations issued by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services specify the countermeasures covered by the Program. Please review the “Covered Countermeasures” section of a declaration to determine the types of medical countermeasures that are covered by the CICP. Declarations have been issued for medical countermeasures against the following.
COVID-19
Marburg
Ebola
Nerve Agents and Certain Insecticides (Organophophorus and/or Carbamate)
Zika
Pandemic Influenza
Anthrax
Acute Radiation Syndrome
Botulinum Toxin
Smallpox
What are the differences between the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) and the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)?
The differences are included in the comparison of the CICP to the VICP.
Does the CICP cover the seasonal flu vaccines?
The CICP does not cover seasonal influenza vaccines.
If you received the seasonal influenza vaccine or other vaccines such as tetanus or the human papillomavirus vaccine and think that you had an adverse reaction from one or a combination of these covered vaccines, contact the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).

Guess I was vague and didnt give a start date of how long of a thing it had been, but yes a long time they have been getting away with it. I doubt many people even know this option exists.
Arizona man went to Washington for day of Capitol riot, appears to talk about plans in videoA Queen Creek man who acknowledges he was in Washington, D.C., for last week's rally by President Donald Trump also appears to be shown in videos taken the night before talking about plans to go inside the U.S. Capitol.
In one video that has been widely viewed on Twitter, he can be heard saying, "I don’t even like to say it because I’ll be arrested. I’ll say it. We need to go into the Capitol."
Ray Epps told The Arizona Republic in a brief telephone interview Monday that he had traveled to the capital for the event, and that he had been advised by an attorney not to speak about it.
"I think the truth needs to get out," he said.
He said he would be putting out a statement on Tuesday and added, "I didn't do anything wrong."
A video online appears to show him saying, "We’re here to defend the Constitution" and "We need to go into the Capitol."
Asked about it, he first told The Republic he would need to see the video. When read a transcript of the comments, he said, "The only thing that meant is we would go in the doors like everyone else. It was totally, totally wrong the way they went in."
Five people died as a result of the event, including a Capitol police officer, and scores of people nationwide have been arrested since then on charges including violent entry and disorderly conduct.
The FBI is looking to identify individuals who may have gone inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. This image was posted on its website, asking for help in identification.
A person who resembles Epps also appears in video of the first people charging past a line of barricades at the Capitol. An image of that man appears on an FBI news release of people being sought for information about the riot.
Epps said he is a law-abiding citizen. He declined to comment when asked if he is pictured on the FBI's page.

Malaysia Declares State of Emergency as Pandemic WorsensMalaysia’s king declared a state of emergency in the Southeast Asian nation, in a move that could allow the embattled government to delay elections as it tackles the worsening coronavirus pandemic. The ringgit and the country’s main stocks index declined.
“His Royal Majesty has given consent for the declaration of emergency to be carried out as a proactive measure to contain the Covid-19 pandemic,” the palace said in a statement on Tuesday. The decision comes a day after Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin imposed a two-week targeted lockdown in most of the country starting Wednesday to quell the surge in infections.
Covid-19 cases have exploded in Malaysia after a local election in September, with new infections hitting a record-high last week. The government has forecast daily cases to reach 8,000 by late March or late May, based on a predictive modeling analysis. The tally stood at little over 2,000 on Monday. The emergency measure will end on Aug. 1, or sooner if the outbreak abates, according to the statement.
