Idk. Used TOR for a bit, then flushed my DNS, renewed and registered. Clearnet working fine after that.

Anyway, I opened a command window as administrator and typed in these 3 commands:
ipconfig /flush (enter)
ipconfig /renew (enter)
ipconfig /registerdns (enter)
