When they legalized weed in California they damn near robbed everyone's AC Drained our water supply, and in my county you can't grow outdoor because your house and houses around you become targets for theft…The stores charge almost 50% tax which has made the underground even stronger…
It's not been a good thing, the state didn't even get rich because they charge too much tax…
