The agitator who confronted the police at the doors and who smashed in the glass panes after those police moved aside. Before the shooting, the agitator moved down the stairway past the police, past the man in the dark suite, and past the newly arrived SWAT team. He remained on the steps and changed clothes to change his appearance. Here is a screenshot from 40mins.

Man with yellow banner passed helmut to agitator. Note location of other apparent accoplices on either side of the 'front line'. Note the position of theman in dark suite. Note location of Babbitt. Note the many cameras on the scene. Note the people exiting down the hall on the other side of the glass panel doors.

Note that BABBITT is in an interesting and partially protected, or cleared, position. She stood at the exit for the police who would move aside from the doors. ANONS, look for her in the crowd before this incident. Trace how arrived at that position. Trace the other individuals, as well.

The SWAT team arrived and moved up the stairway. By that time the police at the door have moved aside and will make their way past the SWAT team which created congestion on the stairway and an open space at the door near the wall.

The agitator has used the helmut to push in the glass panel, almost intact, of the middle door. These doors appear to be the kind that could swing either direction. Can anons confirm?

The police who had guarded the doors moved into the stairwell. The SWAT team leader appeared to discuss what to do with the man in the dark suite. Note the position of BABBITT.

The agitator pushed in the glass panel, almost intact, of the door against the wall. The open window frame provided a step for BABBITT as she would climb through the opening. Note the increased congestion at the top of the stairway. Note that Babbitt stood in the 'shadow' of the agitator's accomplice who wore the yellow banner. As she stood near him, hand on, she had space to maneuvre and hold her position.

Agitator looked over his shoulder, Babbitt moved to the open window frame, and the agitator exited down the stairway. The accomplice with yellow banner drifted back into the crowd. The man who would record the shooting has moved into position on the left of camera frame and has already begun to monitor the door on the other side of the barricaded glass panel doors.

The police who had been at the glass panel doors have now moved down the stairway, past the mid-landing, and stop a few steps farther down. The man in dark suite and the lead of the SWAT continued discussion at top of the stairway while the agitator's accomplices continued to work on the glass panel doors. No breach attempted at the doors, but BABBITT climed into the open window frame at the top of the stairway.

Babbitt fell back and onto the floor. The accomplice in yellow banner lost his hat momentarily in the jostle of the crowd. Can anons trace his movements before and after this incident? Note the agitator did not flinch with the gunshot. He stood at the top of the stairway holding furry hat. It appears that those nearest her thought that BABBITT had fallen, not that she had been shot. The agitator was fairly calm until he 'reacted' to the sight of BABBITT on the floor. He quickly turned and fled down the stairs. It appears his reaction was to give the impression that he had raced away. But he would calmly stop part way down the stairs.

Anons who have better forensic skills could perhaps assess the shooting, the fall, and the apparent wounds. Does not seem to have been an exit wound nor splatter on people, wall, paintings, and so forth. Did he have protection on her torso? Shot through the neck? Those who attend her seemed to be at a loss as to what to do for her. Frozen. Including the LEOs.

There will be a detailed official investigation, no doubts. This vid evidence shows agitator team in play. Shows what appears to have been a decision, by someone, to stand down. Appears to show the late arrival of the 'SWAT' and hesitation to move the crowd away from the broken window panes. Show doors 'barricaded' with chairs which seems rather improvised given the proximity to VIPs.

There appeared to be continued movement down the hallway on the other side of the now windowless doors.

In light of the accusatin that the Patriot crowd was a mob bent on violence, notice how quickly and effectively the crowd organized a channel through in case first responders would need a path into and out of the incident area.
