Feels a bit wierd having to teach them constantly, considering these are the folks that were supposed to be the ones teaching me all those years. Problem is, the advice they tended to give, while it may have been accurate/appropriate for their generation, is garbage for trying to deal with all the BS we gots going on today.
Had to kek while listening to Kansas earlier. His advice to his son was "work hard, keep your faith, and tell the truth"… I'm thinking, that's exactly what caused every single problem in my life, including why I'm still being persecuted for my religious beliefs to this very day. But, ya know. Who's counting? What's seven faulty convictions and permanent indefinite torture, and moar fines than I can ever afford to pay, because of all the wonderful restrictions a criminal government decided to place upon my life then leave me for dead so they never have to be held accountable for their actions?
