Red3 which means central comms (Red2) have already been blocked. Would be most likely be mil internal comms, then, since we're not seeing anything in the public sphere (MSM). If so, is POTUS blocking (outgoing), or is POTUS being blocked (incoming)?

Fort Drum / 10 Mountain story in last bread doesn't account for Red4, IMO, because Drum is their home base. They'd have to be deployed to the streets for Red4, I think. Have to look for that.
