I can vouch (for whatever that's worth) for all of these working, just none of them quite universally, hence the list. There's almost no site one or more of them can't snag.
forgot to mention that the file was too large for here, so needed this to reduce to under 17MB-ish (whatever max is here)… 2-step process sometimes. You can set the file size to 6, 10, 11, 12, 14MB and it'll compress it/degrade quality as needed. It does a surprisingly nice job of big reductions without as much noticeable loss as I'd expect.
