I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand I think it is not needed, and POTUS should be able to fire the SC if necessary, but on the other hand, if Mueller is working for POTUS, then when Mueller starts going after the Ds and they call for him to be fired, POTUS will say, "My hands are tied." kek
