The guy is nuts but I don't see how you can't tell he said he didn't speak to Q, he spoke to someone who apparently is one of the faces of the operation. Q itself (he seems to imply Q is a Quantum Computer) does not talk to anything/anyone external to the Q team. It's bullshit either way but how can't you tell thats what he was saying?
