Several normie friends of mine received this text today. It obviously has many of the elements of “The Plan” as speculated by several anons and Q reference elements as well.

Why would this be disseminated now?

Who would put this out and why?

What tactical Game Theory advantage would it provide the Q team (or the DS) to put this out in the mainstream now?

I'm confused??
