So the cannibal revelation about liddle Armie got me to do a little shovel action on his family. Liddle Armie is the great grandson of Armand Hammer of Arm and Hammer fame and also Occidental Petroleum.

Armand's father, Julius, was a Jewish immigrant from what was then the Russian Empire. Turns out he was not only a communist, but one of the founding elements of the Communist Party USA. Armand spent over a decade in the USSR. After returning to the US, he became good friends with AL Gore Sr. and helped finance Al Gore Jr's first Senate run.
