wow I just counted 28 C-130s on the feed, and 11 C-17s.
Another clue is all the material they are pushing west thru Hawaii / Guam / Okinawa, and at least 3 C-17s that landed in Diego Garcia over the last couple days.
At the end of an administration, you wouldn't really expect to see a ramp up of men and material IMO.
