Man, you can't even take a banana into the state of California without them losing their mind.

 

I can kinda get behind the caution, though, because I live in a state where some dumbass thought introducing kudzu from China would be a good idea to feed cows. They won't touch it, although goats and sheep will eat it. That freak plant literally grows a foot per day. So basically two choices: chemicals or buy/rent a herd of goats.

 

Prudent immigration control includes the plant kingdom, too.
